Unspin
Unspin is a free Android coach for the Epley maneuver
Unspin walks you through each head and body position of the Epley maneuver, a common routine for BPPV-related spinning vertigo, with clear on-screen steps. It uses your phone's motion sensors to help coach your head position. It is free on Google Play, with no ads and no account, and the coaching works offline.
What it does
- Step-by-step guidance through each Epley position, for BPPV-related spinning vertigo
- Uses the phone's motion sensors (on the device only) to help coach head position
- Works without an account, camera, or internet connection for the coaching flow
- Motion data is processed on your phone and never uploaded
What it is not
- Educational coaching only: not a medical device, and it does not diagnose BPPV or any other condition
- Not a replacement for care from a qualified clinician
- If you have severe symptoms, new neurological symptoms, or aren't sure the Epley maneuver is right for you, get medical advice first
